First things first: making your own wedding wine will actually save you money! Once you compare the quality and the value of the wine you can make in store, you will love how our price compares to commercial wines. That leaves more in your pocket for the honeymoon!
With access to high-quality grapes from vineyards around the world, we pride ourselves on helping you create a range of incredibly flavourful wines with great body, bouquet and character that are comparable (and often better) than store-bought wine. Working with our experienced wine-making staff, you can create anything from a full-bodied French Merlot to a crisp Italian Pinot Grigio.
It Fits your Theme, and your Menu!
One of the best parts about making your own wedding wine is that you can craft it to pair perfectly with the food you’ll be serving at your reception. For example, you could opt for a full-bodied red to complement your barbecue spread or a delicate white to enhance a seafood feast. Go a step further and customize your wine labels to perfectly match your reception decor.
It's an Easy DIY Project!
When it comes to making your wedding wine, you start it and leave the work to us! You’ll make your vino in two appointments: the first involves selecting the type of wine and mixing the ingredients, which takes about 15 minutes. Roughly six to eight weeks later you’ll return to bottle your wine. This is the fun part. It takes approximately an hour depending on how much wine you’ve made and how many helpers you have. You’ll then need to let your wine age in the bottle for four weeks to six months (depending on your choice of wine) before serving it at your big day
We can help you figure out how many bottles of white and how many bottles of red you will need to keep your guests happily sipping and toasting. We can help you with pairing suggestions and tips on how to serve your wine. And just for good measure, we can create a few special labels so that you can give your wine as thank you's to your wedding party, or gifts for family and friends. Label a final bottle to celebrate your one year Anniversary.
