Every year, our suppliers craft a select few exceptional, limited-edition wine kits that showcase unique varietals, bold blends, and exciting new flavours. These special releases are only guaranteed by pre-order—we try to bring in a few extras, but availability depends on what’s left after other shops have claimed their share.

To ensure you get the wine you want, pre-order before the cutoff date. You’ll save 10% on each limited edition kit you reserve, and all it takes is a $50 deposit per kit.  We call you when the kit is released to our store, and you come in to start your wine at that time.  Kits are released monthly from December to April.  

Prices shown are kit only, VOP applies when made in store.  All kits come with complementary shrinks and labels.

Petit Verdot • Petite Sirah | Lodi, California

Inspired by California’s rugged Sierra Nevada landscapes, Sierra Red is a bold, full-bodied blend with plenty of depth and intensity. Dark fruit flavours of blackberry, plum, fig and blueberry are layered with sweet vanilla and subtle dark chocolate. Bold tannins provide structure, while medium acidity carries through to a smooth, lingering finish.

Glacier White showcases the crisp, vibrant character of Sauvignon Blanc from Hawke's Bay. Ripe tropical flavours of passionfruit, pear and pineapple are balanced by herbaceous notes and zesty citrus. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, lively aromatics and a clean, refreshing finish.

Summit Red brings three varietals together in a bold and expressive blend. Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel deliver jammy blackberry, raspberry and black cherry, with layers of fruit leather and subtle vanilla. Smooth tannins lead to a finish of baking spice and chocolate, while Sauvignon Blanc adds fresh aromatics and bright acidity.

Volcanic Red is a rich, full-bodied blend inspired by the volcanic rock and limestone soils of Chile’s Maipo Valley. Cassis, black cherry and plum are layered with spicy, earthy notes and hints of sweet cocoa. Structured tannins and balanced acidity create a velvety mouthfeel and a long, lingering finish.

Connexion Red brings together two of France's most celebrated red grapes. Grenache, a hallmark of the Rhône Valley, meets Merlot, the signature variety of Bordeaux. Dark berry notes lead, supported by subtle plum and raspberry undertones. Gentle spice and soft herbal hints complement the fruit, while smooth tannins and bright acidity create a balanced, approachable finish.

The name "Connexion" reflects the harmony created when three of the Rhône Valley's classic white grapes come together in one blend. Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier have been partnered in southern France for centuries, each contributing its own unique character. Notes of stone fruit and citrus lead the palate, with peach, apricot, and hints of nectarine. Subtle floral aromas and gentle honeyed richness add complexity, while soft acidity carries through to a smooth, rounded finish.
